Dorfler’s makes our own jerky in-house, and it is second to none! Our flavors include Pepper’d, Original, Teriyaki, Sweet & Spicy, Sweet Bourbon and Cajun.
We also make our own Snack Sticks. Flavors include Original, Honey Siracha, and Korean BBQ. Other items we make in our smoker include Dorfler’s Homemade Bacon, Sausages and Burnt Ends.
